I am an engineering and management professional with over 30 years of experience in helping large, global corporates through Organizational Change Management and Leadership Coaching programs. I am an MBTI certified coaching consultant.

I have been deeply involved in Consciousness Research for the last 15 years by working with the technologies that unravel the boundaries of physical and the subtle worlds.

I was the co-founder of a unique Meditation Lab in a major Spiritual Centre in India and have also played a role in setting up a global educational program in Quantum Science of Consciousness.
